Long Term Food Storage
You never know when an unforseen event can leave you and your family in a lurch. That is why it is so important to stock up on food storage with a long shelf life and keep water stored as well. It is generally recommended to keep a 3 month to 1 year supply for each member of your household.
Standard "non-perishable" foods and canned foods you find at the grocery store tend to last 6 months to a year at best. This means you have to keep rotating your storage and can be quite a hassle.
When you purchase long term food storage, you won't need to worry about rotating because our long term food storage items have a 25 to 30 year shelf life. There are many options when preparing your food storage as well. Some choose to use #10 cans. #10 cans are approximately 1 gallon. They will contain one ingredient, such as TVP meats or long grain rice. You use #10 cans much like you would standard grocery items by combining ingredients to make the meals that you want to eat. Our Provident Provisions and Mountain House Foods brands have individual #10 cans as well as kits to help you build your food storage.
We also carry freeze dried and dehydrated meals that are pre-prepared and you simply have to add water for a complete meal. Wise Food Storage and Emergency Reserve are just a couple of brands we carry. They have meals such as Chicken A la King, Savory Stroganoff and Apple Cinnamon Cereal. These Mylar pouches are made with fresh ingredients that are then freeze dried or dehydrated to preserve the nutrients. We have individual pouches, sampler kits or full grab and go kits. Having your own long term food storage has never been easier!
Emergency Disaster Preparedness
Natural disasters happen everyday; fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes. Our 72 hour emergency survival kits can help you get through a disaster. Our emergency preparedness kits contain supplies you would readily need during a crisis situation, such as MRE rations, water pouches, light and communication devices, emergency survival blankets and a first aid kit. We have specialized kits designed for your home, car, workplace and even for children. 
If you want to make your own survival kit, we have all the individual products you would need to create a fully custom emergency kit.
